The Creative Audio Home Division is seeking a motivated Full-Time Home Audio & Video Installation Technician to join our team in Springfield, Missouri. We specialize in custom home entertainment, smart home technology, networking, and audio/video solutions. We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new technologies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the installation of home audio and video systems
- Mount TVs, speakers, and related equipment
- Run and terminate low-voltage wiring and cabling
- Help install home networking, Wi-Fi, and smart home systems
- Troubleshoot and test installed equipment
- Work alongside experienced technicians on residential projects
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with customers
Qualifications - Preferred, but not mandatory
- Construction, wiring, electrical, telecommunications, or related experience is helpful but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift equipment and work on ladders when necessary
- Willing to go in crawl spaces and attics
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand and power tool experience preferred
