We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team in Wixom, MI. This position involves working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment to assemble, inspect, and test pneumatic valve components while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble pneumatic valves and related components according to work instructions.
- Perform basic soldering of components as required (training may be provided).
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and functionality.
- Work closely with the line leader and production team to complete assignments efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Cross-train in multiple production workstations as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills — must be able to read and write English proficiently
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different workstations
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
