We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. Duties
- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and assessments to maintain patient oral health.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Assist the dentist during examinations
- Maintain accurate medical records and document patient care in accordance with office protocols.
- Implement infection control measures and adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Utilize medical imaging technologies to assist in diagnosing dental conditions.
- Stay updated on medical terminology and anatomy knowledge relevant to dental practices.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and support.
Skills
- Experience working in a dental office environment.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
- Familiarity with anatomy relevant to oral health.
- Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software for managing medical records.
- Ability to perform medical imaging procedures as required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient communication and care.
