Revive Medical Spa, LLC, a subsidiary of Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC, is seeking a full-time, licensed Medical Aesthetician for our Harrison, Arkansas location. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated professional who is passionate about medical aesthetics and delivering outstanding patient outcomes.

Experience:
- Aesthetician in a medical office: 2+ years (dermatology or plastic surgery office preferred)
License/Certification:
- Arkansas Esthetician License (Required)
Skills Needed:
- Evening (until 7 p.m.) and Saturday availability required
- Understand and demonstrate the highest level of spa etiquette and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on delivering superior client service and managing expectations
- Positive, energetic attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to perform comprehensive skincare consultations and develop 6-month+ treatment plans
- Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and ability to refer appropriately
- Strong retail sales skills and patient education
- Proficiency in computer-based scheduling and charting
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Participate in ongoing training for products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with product representatives
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Social media savvy
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for every patient
- Perform aesthetic treatments, including facials, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, and body waxing
- Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on skincare, post-treatment care, and product recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization in treatment areas
- Assist with retail sales and product recommendations
Administrative Duties:
- Assist with front desk responsibilities including patient check-in and check-out
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars efficiently
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and support communication needs
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Assist with inventory management and retail organization
- Support marketing efforts, including social media content and promotions
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a seamless dermatology-led patient experience
