Primary Job Duties:
Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to relevant communications from business partners and clients

Arrange and track logistical support and documentation for booked trips

Assist applicable teams with needed trip information, including client requests, day-of-flight changes, updates to operational status, and etc.
Duties

Schedule and verify reservations, equipment requests, and fueling arrangements

Communicate operational delays and constraints

Perform pre-trip vetting of passengers using a provided web-based application

Organize the current trip schedule utilizing Microsoft products and web-based applications

Prepare pre-trip documentation

Assist with gathering required information for international trip support

Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Pass a background check and drug screening

Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Adaptability to changing priorities and strong time management skills

Excellent communication skills

Flexible schedule that allows for work during nights, weekends, and holidays

This is a full-time position, starting at $16.13 per hour
Physical and Other Requirements:
- Must live or relocate to St. George Utah
