You’ll love coming to work here every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do:
- Accurately estimate trim materials to complete task
- Install interior and exterior doors
- Install baseboard, crown and casing
- Wainscoting
- Install window sills
- Install built-ins
- Door hardware & bath accessories
- Stair trim (including treads, risers, pickets, railing and skirtboard)
- Cabinetry (assist cabinet installer as needed)
- Punch work
- Other duties assigned
You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
- Use company software for timekeeping, project information and communication with other Team Members.
- Safely lift heavy loads.
- Report to job sites with all necessary tools and equipment, ready to work.
- Work hours are Monday through Friday, beginning at 7:30 am. Overtime is typical.
- Contact the Vice President of Production prior to leaving a job site to receive your next assignment.
- Learn new skills and handle additional responsibilities to acquire the knowledge and skills to become an Assistant Superintendent.
