Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
No evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer questions regarding products, pricing, inventory, and order status.
- Coordinate customer pickups, deliveries, transfers, and special orders.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners.
- Work closely with sales, purchasing, accounting, and warehouse personnel to provide excellent customer service.
Warehouse Operations
- Pull and stage customer orders while matching dye lots and product information.
- Load customer vehicles and delivery trucks safely.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify product accuracy.
- Ship parcel and LTL/truck freight.
- Process customer returns.
- Organize inventory and stock warehouse locations.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist with additional warehouse projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, customer service, or building materials experience preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred (training available).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Experience in the tile, flooring, building materials, or construction industry is a plus but not required.
