Duties
- Assist with supervising children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to promote safety and engagement
- Support classroom management by maintaining a clean, organized environment that encourages learning and exploration
- Implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and emotional well-being
- Provide basic first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols to ensure children's health and safety at all times
- Collaborate with lead teachers or caregivers to develop individualized care plans for children with special needs or disabilities
- Help with diapering, feeding, and comforting infants and toddlers to meet their basic needs with compassion
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding daily routines, milestones, and any concerns about their child's progress
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool settings, babysitting, nannying or similar environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages is essential
- Previous hands-on experience caring for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers will help you succeed in this role

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
