This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, working with people, and learning about jewelry, gold, silver, and luxury retail.
Responsibilities:
- Jewelry sales
- Test and appraise gold, silver, and platinum jewelry
- Answer general questions and stimulate interest in our products and services
- Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while demonstrating excellent teamwork
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Self-motivated with an outgoing personality
- Polite demeanor with the ability to confidently engage customers
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
