We are seeking a motivated and dependable Residential Service Electrical Apprentice with at least 1-2 years of hands-on field experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with residential installations and a strong desire to continue developing their electrical trade skills under the guidance of licensed electricians.

Responsibilities:
- Assist lead electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Pull wire, install fixtures, receptacles, switches, and electrical panels
- Troubleshoot electrical issues under supervision
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
- Perform material handling and other assigned duties
- Work effectively with team members, homeowners, and clients
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of electrical field experience (REQUIRED)
- Currently enrolled as a Michigan electrical apprentice
- Basic understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Experience with wire pulling and basic electrical installations
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Compensation:
- Competitive Pay: $16.00 - 22.00 per hour, based on experience and licensing
