Physical Therapist needed for midtown physical rehabilitation clinic 11am -7pm. Two shifts available, either on Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday and Thursday. Both shifts 11am -7pm
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations to determine the best course of treatment
- Develop personalized treatment plans and goals for each patient
- Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' strength, mobility, and overall physical function
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Valid NYS license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Knowledge of trigger point therapy, physiology, and anatomy
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
