Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within the HRIS system.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies as needed.
- Assist in succession planning by identifying high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
- Support employee relations initiatives by addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies.
- Participate in employee evaluation processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Skills
- Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with technical recruiting is a plus, particularly in specialized fields.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of succession planning strategies to support talent development within the organization.
