We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team with high standards, accountability, and consistency.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef leadership experience required.
- High-volume restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Experience with food cost, inventory management, ordering, and labor control.
- Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required.
Responsibilities
- Lead all daily back-of-house operations.
- Train, coach, and hold kitchen staff accountable to company standards.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and execution.
- Manage inventory, ordering, food cost, and waste.
- Build prep systems to keep the kitchen fully stocked and organized.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and health code-compliant kitchen.
- Schedule staff effectively while managing labor costs.
- Work closely with the General Manager to improve operations and drive profitability.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, urgency, and continuous improvement.
