Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Responsibilities
- As member of sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective coaching, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximize revenue growth
- Manage customer relationships by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Reports to director of Sales and GM
- Exciting member of a dynamic team in the hotel environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel experience.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
- Experience with budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership qualities with supervising experience in hotels; familiarity with sales or marketing is a plus
