Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Experienced Mechanic to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in vehicle repair and maintenance, with a strong focus on diagnostics, mechanical systems, and keeping trucks moving.
What You’ll Work On:
- Garbage trucks
- Roll-off trucks
- Box trucks
- Diesel & gas engines
- Hydraulics & electrical systems
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all fleet maintenance
- Diagnose & repair issues independently
- Build and manage maintenance schedules
- Handle breakdowns quickly
- Manage parts and inventory
- Keep shop clean and organized
Requirements:
- Strong diesel experience
- Able to diagnose issues without guessing
- Experience with hydraulics & electrical systems
- Leadership mindset — run the shop
- Reliable and takes ownership
Compensation:
$35–$40/hr based on experience
Full-time, steady work
