Customer Service Associate – Spanish Speaking Preferred
Competitive Base Salary: $43,000+ (Higher based on experience)
Total Pay Year 1: $45,000–$55,000+ commissions and bonuses

What You’ll Do:
- Provide top-notch service to Spanish & English-speaking clients
- Assist with policies, billing, claims, and renewals
- Spot additional needs and offer quotes for other lines (auto, home, renters, umbrella, etc.)
- Support renewals and retention through proactive outreach
- Handle concerns professionally, escalating when needed
Who You Are:
- Fluent in Spanish preferred
- Experienced in customer service or client support
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and growth-minded
- Comfortable making recommendations and asking for the cross-sell
- Willing to obtain a Property, Casualty and Life Licenses- License Fee Reimbursed
