Responsibilities
- Must speak Korean!
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Assist guests with karaoke song selections, operating OpenTable or similar systems when needed
- Clear tables efficiently, bussing as necessary to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately at the end of shifts
- Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest relations in a lively nightclub setting
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or food industry tasks when required
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or nightclub environments with strong guest relations skills
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and reservations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and karaoke requests efficiently
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Previous host/hostess or bussing experience preferred for smooth table transitions
- Strong math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and basic transactions
- Experience in fine dining or hospitality environments is a plus for delivering exceptional service in upscale settings
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights in a lively nightclub atmosphere
- Basic kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous for supporting culinary operations
