Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HVAC Install Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of HVAC installation projects. Your expertise will ensure projects are scheduled efficiently, and all preparations are in order for the job. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in keeping our community comfortable.
Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of HVAC installation projects from start to finish, including scheduling crews, pulling permits, making job packets and invoicing.
- Collaborate with install managers and contractors to ensure seamless communication and project flow.
- Call in and schedule city/county inspections.
- Enter and track finish tickets.
- Manage field members timecards.
- Requisition equipment and materials to the job.
- Answer incoming phone calls & scheduling service maintenance calls.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
