A Day in the Life:
- Perform 120 volt electrical repairs at all buildings and grounds facilities
- Minor plumbing repairs at all buildings to keep plumbing operational
- Repair of doors, walls, and cabinetry at all buildings
- Repair outdoor and kitchen equipment so that the equipment remains operational
- Maintains own hand tools so they are available for use
- Assist with snow removal as necessary
- Follow district policies and safety regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned in order to ensure a well maintained clean, orderly, and safe environment
Successful Candidates:
- Pass a background check
- Are experienced in using hand and power tools. Ability to perform repairs using a welder
- Have electrical knowledge
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have basic computer skills
- Work well with others
- Can lift heavy items and work in extreme weather
- Can spend 10% of their day sitting, 50% walking, and 40% standing – Time is spent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and using finger dexterity
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance/punctuality working 40 hours per week

Pay: $18.45 - $22.65 per hour
