At Art of Impact Salon & Spa, Beauty with Impact. means every interaction creates value — for our guests, our team, and the business. We’re looking for a Salon Coordinator who understands that sales, service, and experience are deeply connected.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks ahead, communicates confidently, and understands how the front of the salon drives booking, retention, retail, and long-term growth.
This is not a passive front desk role. It is a sales-focused, guest-experience position that plays a direct role in salon revenue and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Drive booking, rebooking, and schedule utilization through confident, value-based guest communication
- Convert incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries into booked appointments
- Take ownership of daily schedule performance by reducing gaps, managing cancellations, and supporting same-day fills
- Support retail sales by reinforcing stylist-recommended products and helping guests understand the value of at-home care
- Support extension growth by educating guests on extension options, maintenance, and consultation pathways, and guiding them into the appropriate next steps
- Guide guests through check-in and checkout in a way that builds trust, loyalty, and repeat visits
- Think ahead to anticipate scheduling needs and proactively adjust the day to protect revenue and guest experience
- Communicate clearly with stylists, floor leads, and leadership to keep the day aligned and productive
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of services, pricing, retail, and extensions so conversations are informed and intentional
- Encourage reviews and referrals that support long-term salon growth

Schedule & Growth
Scheduling will be based on current salon needs, with the opportunity to expand hours, responsibility, and earning potential as results and impact increase.
Evening availability is required.
Who We’re Looking For
- Sales-minded and confident, with the ability to communicate value without being pushy
- Independently motivated, while remaining team-focused and collaborative
- Forward-thinking and proactive — you notice issues before they become problems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable owning outcomes related to booking, retention, and retail support
- Clear, professional communicator with guests and team members
- Growth-oriented and open to feedback and improvement
- Salon, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but mindset matters most
- Marketing, social media, or content experience is a plus, especially if you enjoy supporting brand presence and guest engagement

Compensation
Compensation is structured to reflect both hourly pay and performance-based growth opportunities, aligned with salon success.
