Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain a clean and sanitized environment.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures across all surfaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to ensure optimal results while adhering to safety standards.
- Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary to maintain outdoor spaces or access points.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain organized cleaning schedules, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines consistently.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial or custodial background preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, surface sanitation, and outdoor work experience.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, detergents, and supplies used in professional housekeeping environments.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks with ease.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively throughout the day.
- Exceptional customer service skills with clear communication abilities for client interaction.
- Attention to detail in dusting, surface cleaning, sanitation procedures, and overall cleanliness standards.
