We are seeking a diligent and reliable Machine Operator/Assembler to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various machines, assembling products according to specifications, conducting quality control checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. This role requires mechanical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Operate and monitor a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery (e.g., drill presses, assembly machines, etc.) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Position and align components and parts, manually to build subassemblies and finished products.
- Conduct quality control checks, visually inspecting products for defects and using measuring instruments to verify specifications.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on machinery, tools, and the work area to ensure operational efficiency and a safe working environment (following 5S standards).
- Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or related production role is often preferred (on-the-job training may be provided for entry-level positions).
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and relevant machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

Pay: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour
