Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Austin, TX, supporting large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for an experienced construction project management professional who can lead complex projects, build strong client and subcontractor relationships, and drive successful delivery across safety, budget, schedule, quality, and contract performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through final closeout.
- Lead project teams in partnership with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are achieved.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, contracts, change management, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, milestones, risks, and progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, project documentation, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and project team members.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $120,000 to $180,000 per year.
