Job Overview
This is a hands-on, physical role. You’ll work solo or in small crews installing permanent lighting on soffits. You must be comfortable on tall ladders, solving problems independently, and finishing jobs to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Install permanent LED lighting systems on residential properties
- Work safely and confidently on ladders and rooftops (30+ feet)
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and solve problems on-site
- Operate independently as a solo technician when needed
- Care for tools, equipment, and customer property
- Interact with homeowners in a professional manner
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable truck or SUV
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- At least 1 year of experience in construction, roofing, siding, or other trades
- Strong problem-solving ability and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work without close supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Roofing, siding, gutter installation, or electrical background
- Experience as a solo technician or crew lead
Compensation
- Piece rate work - good installers are clearing $200-$300 a day
- Overtime available during peak season

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
