Duties
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely.
- Diagnose tire-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Experience with basic vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during daily tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude.
- Ability to operate a POS (Point of Sale) system for invoices, payments, and customer transactions.
- Ability to communicate with customers confidently and help drive sales by recommending the right tires and services.
- Mechanical aptitude combined with a proactive approach to learning new skills in tire fields and repair.
