Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Night Shift Manager to lead our HOODZ team operations during overnight hours. Duties
- Lead and coordinate all production activities during the night shift, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Manage production planning, inventory levels, and supply chain analytics.
- Supervise personnel, including workers and technical staff, providing guidance on equipment, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure night shift servicing meet specifications and compliance requirements.
- Step in to support lead and spray technician to ensure servicing is completed on time.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn about supply chain management and operations management principles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams during night shifts while maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments including supply chain analytics and plant management.
