As a Cannabis Cultivator, you'll play an essential role in every stage of the growing process. From nurturing young clones to caring for mature plants, you'll help produce exceptional products while working alongside a knowledgeable and supportive cultivation team. Whether you're an experienced grower or someone with a strong interest in horticulture and agriculture, we want people who are eager to learn and grow with us.
What You'll Do
Every day is different in the grow! You'll be responsible for:
- Watering, feeding, pruning, trimming, transplanting, and cloning cannabis plants
- Providing nutrients according to cultivation schedules and company protocols
- Monitoring plant health and identifying signs of pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies, or other growing concerns
- Assisting with plant movement and transplanting throughout the cultivation cycle
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant cultivation environment by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing equipment, and cleaning plant housing, tables, and pots
- Accurately labeling plants and maintaining compliance with all state regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Working closely with your team to ensure daily cultivation goals are achieved
- Reporting equipment issues, plant concerns, or operational challenges to management
- Continuously learning and applying cannabis cultivation best practices and industry standards

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cannabis cultivation, greenhouse operations, agriculture, landscaping, nursery work, or horticulture is a plus—but not required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks including bending, reaching, squatting, and standing.
- Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions common to indoor cultivation facilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
