What you’ll need:
- No prior insurance experience required — we’re happy to train the right candidate
- Florida 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License is required, but we’ll help you obtain your license if you’re not licensed yet
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow
- Confident communicator with solid verbal and written skills
- Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, self-driven attitude with a team-first mindset
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
What you’ll do:
- Connect with prospective customers and help them find the right insurance solutions
- Work a high volume of leads daily (inbound and outbound leads)
- Prepare insurance quotes, explain coverage options, and guide customers through the sales process
- Consistently work toward individual and team production goals
- Stay organized and manage follow-ups, documentation, and daily tasks efficiently
- Learn and follow underwriting guidelines and compliance requirements (we’ll train you)
- Deliver a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction
- Help protect customers by recommending insurance and financial products that fit their needs
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- property and casualty insurance: 1 year (Preferred)
