This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance) and IT delivery teams, translating business needs into scalable, well-governed Salesforce solutions.
Responsible for optimizing Salesforce as a core system within the broader enterprise application landscape (ERP, data platforms, integrations), ensuring data integrity, process standardization, and continuous improvement.

Key Job Elements
Duties and responsibilities (Note: duties/qualifications required will depend on assigned division)
- Define and own the Salesforce product roadmap, aligning with enterprise IT strategy and business priorities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine requirements into clear product features and user stories
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and releases in coordination with development and support teams
- Ensure Salesforce solutions align with enterprise architecture, including ERP (LNCE, D365), data platforms, and integration standards
- Drive process standardization and simplification across Sales, Service, and related business functions
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related initiatives, issues, and vendor engagement
- Own backlog management, sprint planning input, and release prioritization
- Establish and enforce governance, security, and data quality standards within Salesforce
- Monitor system performance, adoption, and usage; identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting capabilities
- Lead user enablement efforts including training, communication, and change management
- Ensure compliance with SOX, IT controls, and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, etc.)
Education / Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10+ years of experience in IT, product management, or enterprise application delivery
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar)
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments with integrations to ERP systems (LNCE, D365, SAP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of product management disciplines (road mapping, backlog management, Agile delivery)
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Knowledge of data governance, security models, and system integrations (APIs, middleware)
- Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Product Owner-related certifications)
- Experience working with third-party implementation partners and vendors
