A good technician shouldn’t have to wonder whether there is enough work, fight the shop around them, or give up every weekend to make a strong living.
We’re looking for an experienced A-level or strong B-level technician who can produce, diagnose, take ownership, and lead by example.
If you consistently turn 40 to 60 billed hours per week and can show us your recent production, we want to talk.
This is a hands-on production position. We need someone who is technically strong, but technical ability alone is not enough.
We need someone who sees a problem and helps solve it. Someone who follows through. Someone who can communicate directly, have an uncomfortable conversation when necessary, and make the people around them better.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Consistently produce approximately 40 to 60 billed hours per week
- Handle complex diagnostic and repair work
- Complete thorough digital vehicle inspections
- Follow established inspection, diagnostic, and repair processes
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and technicians
- Help other technicians work through difficult problems
- Help keep work moving through the shop
- Take ownership when something needs to be handled
- Maintain a high standard for workmanship
- Lead by example
What We Require
- A-level or strong B-level technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Proven production history you can demonstrate
- Current PA State Inspection license
- Current PA Emissions Inspection license
- Valid driver’s license
- Insurable driving history
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Ability to give and receive direct feedback professionally
- Willingness to have uncomfortable conversations when necessary
- Ability to work as part of a team without ego or drama
