We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist/COTA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and experience in working with individuals of all ages and abilities. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing direct patient care, and monitoring progress. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide physical and psychological therapy to patients.
- Instruct patients in the use of adaptive equipment and adaptive techniques.
- Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and how to manage it.
- Assist in the development of patient goals and objectives.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
