Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary up to $80,000 per year, based on experience.
- Monday through Thursday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What You Will Do
As a Physical Therapist at New Smyrna Wellness, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and provide skilled treatment focused on measurable progress.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Identifying movement limitations, functional deficits, and patient goals.
- Developing individualized plans of care based on objective findings.
- Providing hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and skilled Physical Therapy interventions.
- Progressing patients safely and effectively throughout their plan of care.
- Educating patients on recovery, movement, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
- Monitoring outcomes and adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Collaborating with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
- Creating a positive patient experience from the initial evaluation through discharge.
Patient Population
You will work with a diverse outpatient population, including patients with:
- Orthopedic conditions.
- Post-operative rehabilitation needs.
- Joint replacement recovery.
- Geriatric rehabilitation needs.
- Balance and mobility deficits.
- Functional movement limitations.
- Strength and conditioning goals.
- Long-term wellness goals.
- Reduced confidence or independence following injury, surgery, or illness.

- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
