Scope of Position:
Responsible for a wide variety of Clerical and Administrative duties and assignments mostly related to the recruiting process, assisting other HR Coordinators, other paperwork as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Helps with filing
- Organizes file areas to pre-determined standards
- Provides backup coverage for the switchboard on occasion
- Performs other similar or related duties as required or requested
