Hyundai Parts Counter Representative
Responsible for assisting customers, technicians, and service advisors with identifying, locating, and ordering automotive parts for Hyundai vehicles. Provide accurate parts information, pricing, and availability while maintaining excellent customer service. Manage parts inventory, receive and organize shipments, process orders and returns, and ensure parts are properly stocked and accounted for. Coordinate with the service and sales departments to ensure timely availability of parts and support efficient dealership operations. Maintain knowledge of Hyundai parts, systems, and procedures while following dealership and manufacturer standards.
Automotive Parts Associate Job Qualifications:
*1 Years of Parts Counter experience required
* Hyundai Parts experience preferred but not required
* DealerTrack DMS parts inventory management experience preferred but not required
* Excellent customer service skills is a MUST!
