Responsibilities:
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Observe and document children's progress and behavior
- Supervise and engage children in indoor and outdoor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers
- MSDE certified as Lead Teacher
- Positive and patient demeanor with a love for working with young children
- CPR and First Aid certification
