About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical resource, ensuring the peak performance and longevity of our industrial production assets. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical systems and troubleshooting to minimize downtime, drive operational reliability, and support a high-output manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex repairs and preventative maintenance on motors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic circuits, and conveyor networks using precision diagnostic tools.

Interpret technical schematics and manufacturer manuals to restore equipment to optimal functional specifications.

Lead the installation and commissioning of new production machinery to ensure seamless integration into existing workflows.

Analyze performance data to identify recurring mechanical failures and implement long-term corrective solutions.

Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and work orders within our CMMS platform to maintain accurate asset history.

Conduct rigorous safety inspections and operational testing to uphold a secure and efficient work environment.
Qualifications-
Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.

2-4 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a similar mechanical role.

Proficiency in navigating CMMS software for work order management and parts procurement.

Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended durations.

Advanced knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication.

Experience with automated production control systems.

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
