We are looking for a multi-talented retail professional to anchor our showroom floor, deliver outstanding service to our local customers, and manage our inventory and custom Nevada-themed gift basket production.

What You’ll Do (The Role) As our Part-Time Retail & Operations Assistant, your primary focus will be providing a welcoming showroom experience for our shoppers while keeping our stock and gift basket operations running smoothly.
- Retail Customer Service: Greet walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist guests with a warm, knowledgeable attitude to ensure a great shopping experience.
- Showroom Merchandising & Upkeep: Keep the retail floor clean, organized, and inviting. Ensure merchandise is beautifully displayed, fully stocked, and correctly priced.
- Nevada Gift Basket Curation: Design, assemble, and package our custom Nevada gift baskets with creative flair and high attention to visual detail.
- Inventory & Ordering: Track stock levels, order basket components, and assist with purchasing retail merchandise to keep our showroom supplied.
What We Are Looking For
- Customer-First Mindset: Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about engaging with shoppers on the sales floor.
- Availability: Able to work every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
- Creative Eye: Experience or natural talent in visual merchandising, gift wrapping, basket creation, or crafts.
- Organizational Skills: Enjoys keeping spaces tidy, tracking inventory, and staying ahead of reordering needs.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of working independently when the showroom is quiet.
- Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems, basic spreadsheets, and web ordering portals.
