We are in need of Caregivers in the Marion Area. We are looking for Caregivers that want to be a part of our wonderful Company, are reliable, compassionate, experienced, professional, and share our passion of caring for others. We absolutely Love what we do and are looking for like-minded people to share this wonderful Journey with us. The hours are 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm. The hourly rate for this position is $19 per hour.
This Position requires some duties that may include, but are not be limited to, light housekeeping, meal preparation, bathing, laundry, companionship, and other household duties as requested by our clients.

At GenCare Plus we utilize the Axis Care Program which allows our caregivers access to a mobile app to record their visit hours without the need to process weekly time sheets. Using the mobile app, you can clock into your client visit, record mileage when transporting, view daily and weekly ADL's and add notes or concerns directly into your clients records. We process payroll on a bi-weekly basis and offer Direct Deposit for your convenience.
The perfect candidate must have the above mentioned experience, negative TB Test within the last year, Complete and Pass a Background Check and have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license and full coverage insurance on their vehicle.
