Inspira Health, the region’s leading network of healthcare providers, is seeking a full-time Director of Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy Services to join our team in Bridgeton, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing system-wide pharmacy operations across retail, specialty, infusion, and 340B programs. The annual pay range for this position is $134,956 - $168,695.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, lead and optimize the clinical and operational performance across pharmacy operations including retail, specialty, infusion, and 340B programs, ensuring adherence to system protocols and hospital policies
- Drive growth, financial performance, and regulatory compliance while expanding patient access to high-cost and complex therapies
- Partner with clinical, financial, and executive leaders to align pharmacy services with population health goals, ensuring adherence to all 340B requirements and audit readiness
- Develop high-performing teams focused on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care across all pharmacy channels
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
- Active pharmacist license in State of New Jersey; Board certification (BCPS) and Apexus Advanced 340B (ACE) certification preferred
- 7-10 years of management experience and prior General Practice experience required
- Experience in retail, specialty pharmacy, and 340B program management required
