Part-Time Real Estate Photographer / Videographer
NJ Leasing Company is looking for a part-time photographer to visit rental properties throughout New Jersey and capture high-quality photos and walkthrough videos for our listings.
The Job
- Work approximately 1–2 days per week
- Drive to multiple rental properties throughout the day
- Take professional-looking interior and exterior photos
- Record simple walkthrough videos of each property
- Make sure every room and important feature is captured
- Upload photos and videos after each shoot
- Paid per property
Who We're Looking For
Real estate photography experience is a plus, but general photography experience is absolutely welcome. If you have a good eye for photography and are willing to research and learn the best practices for real estate photography, we'd be happy to consider you.
You should have:
- Photography experience and a good eye for lighting and angles
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel between properties
- Dependability and good time management
- Willingness to learn real estate photography techniques
- Ability to work independently
This is a great flexible opportunity for a photographer looking for consistent part-time work without committing to a full-time schedule.
