We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
- Manage POS system such as TOAST
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and balancing registers at shift end.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote safety and responsible drinking; address any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in setup and breakdown for special events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all food handling and serving protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments requiring excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift supplies as needed, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
