Location: Janesville or Madison, WI
As an Education Navigator, you'll work one-on-one with adult participants to identify educational goals, develop individualized success plans, and connect them with the resources and support needed to complete their education and advance toward sustainable careers. You'll serve as a coach, advocate, and case manager—helping participants navigate challenges while building the confidence and skills needed for long-term success.
Build trusting relationships with adults seeking to earn their GED/HSED, improve basic education skills, or pursue post-secondary education and career training.
Assess participants' educational goals and create individualized plans that support academic achievement, career readiness, and long-term success.
Provide ongoing case management, coaching, encouragement, and accountability to help participants overcome barriers and stay engaged in their educational journey.
Connect participants with community resources, supportive services, financial assistance, and workforce development opportunities.
Partner with adult education providers, technical colleges, workforce agencies, employers, and community organizations to expand educational and career pathways.
Support participants in developing life skills, financial literacy, digital literacy, study skills, and workplace readiness.
Monitor participant progress, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate services to ensure participants receive comprehensive support.
Competitive starting wage: $25.56 per hour

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in adult education, GED/HSED instruction, case management, workforce development, career counseling, human services, community outreach, or a related field.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and the barriers adults may face when returning to school or pursuing career advancement.
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to motivate, encourage, and support individuals from diverse backgrounds through challenges and successes.
Passion for empowering adults to reach their educational, personal, and career goals.
