Lead Teacher – Acorn Oaks Academy ($18–$20/hr + Quarterly Bonuses!)

Responsibilities
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Build positive, nurturing relationships with children
- Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting classroom
- Communicate with families about progress and milestones
- Collaborate with coworkers to maintain a cohesive program
Requirements
- Experience working with young children (preferred)
- Knowledge of child development and early learning best practices
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to plan engaging daily activities
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
Qualifications
- ECE Degree (preferred) OR
- 60 college credits with at least 6 ECE credits OR
- CDA
- CPR/First Aid (preferred)
