Wacker Neuson is seeking an experienced Material Handler to join our warehouse operations team in Germantown, WI. This role is ideal for a dependable, safety-focused individual with previous warehouse and material handling experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely move, store, and transport materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify incoming shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and production team members to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or similar role required.
- Forklift experience required; forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and inventory management experience preferred.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
