We are growing and have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. Our Equipment Operators play a critical role in building projects from the ground up, specializing in the construction of concrete structures using commercial formwork systems.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators, dozers and skid steers safely and efficiently
- Perform excavation, trenching, grading, and backfilling
- Fine grade for slabs, footings, and foundations
- Read blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes
- Complete daily equipment inspections
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction equipment operation
- Proven experience with excavators, dozers and skid steers (all yellow iron)
- Experience supporting concrete sitework preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred:
- GPS grade control experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
