The Alcove in Evanston is seeking experienced and passionate Fine Dining Servers to join our team. Known for our exceptional service, stunning new wine cellar, and expertly curated contemporary American menu, we are dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide elevated, attentive service to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of our menu and wine offerings to make informed recommendations and pairings.
- Set and maintain a polished dining atmosphere, from table settings to professional interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy shifts and special events.
- Uphold the high standards of The Alcove by maintaining knowledge of restaurant policies and procedures.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant experience required.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service; sommelier experience a plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
