Want to learn how real estate actually works — not just what you see on HGTV?
We’re looking for a paid real estate intern to work alongside our brokerage and get hands-on experience with the day-to-day business of selling homes, marketing properties, working with clients, and keeping a busy real estate company moving. This is not an internship where you’ll spend 20 hours a week filing paperwork and fetching coffee. This role is heavily field-based and hands-on, meaning you’ll be actively out in the business learning in real time — attending showings, listing appointments, inspections, open houses, and client meetings alongside a successful, experienced mentor.
You’ll also support the team digitally when needed, but the real learning happens in the field.Y ou will also have the opportunity to build your own book of business while you learn, developing real clients and real opportunities under the guidance of a proven producer in the industry.
You may be helping us:
- Attend showings, listing appointments, inspections, and client meetings
- Assist with open houses and in-person brokerage events
- Support photo shoots and property preparation on-site
- Create and organize marketing content
- Help with social media and video projects
- Research properties and neighborhoods
- Coordinate transaction details and administrative tasks (both in-person and digital)
- Learn what happens behind the scenes of real, active real estate deals
- Work directly alongside a successful mentor in live client situations
- Occasionally jump in on whatever unexpected real estate problem shows up that day
The details:
- Paid internship
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Mileage reimbursement for work-related driving
- Significant field time with in-person learning opportunities
- Some remote/admin work, but most learning happens in real-world settings
- Schedule may vary depending on active deals and client needs
You might be a good fit if you are: organized, dependable, comfortable talking to people, good with technology, willing to learn, and able to think on your feet in real-world situations.
You do need a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a strong interest in learning how a real estate business actually operates. This would be especially valuable for someone considering a career in real estate, business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or sales — or someone who wants to start building their own pipeline while learning from a top-performing mentor.
If you want an internship where you can actually learn, grow, and start building your future in real estate, we’d like to hear from you.
