At Alpha Inc., we don't believe safety is a department.
We believe it's a mindset.
It's the standard that protects our people, strengthens our teams, earns our clients' trust, and ensures every employee goes home safely at the end of every day.
We're looking for a Safety Specialist who doesn't simply enforce compliance—they build a culture where safety becomes second nature.
If you're equally comfortable walking an active jobsite, leading engaging training, investigating incidents, coaching supervisors, speaking with OSHA representatives, and developing programs that make an entire company safer, keep reading.
Alpha Inc. is one of Hawai?i's leading construction, drilling, energy, concrete, and infrastructure companies. We're locally owned, deeply rooted in our communities, and committed to building projects that improve Hawai?i for generations to come.
Everything we do is guided by three Core Values:
Lead with Heart
Safety starts with caring for people. We treat every employee with dignity, respect, and genuine concern.
Strength in Unity
The safest jobsites are built by teams that communicate, support one another, and hold each other accountable.
Alpha Mentality
We pursue excellence relentlessly. We don't settle for "good enough"—especially when it comes to protecting our people.
If those values describe how you lead, you'll fit right in.
This isn't a clipboard-and-checklist position.
You'll be a visible leader in the field, a trusted advisor to management, a coach to crews, and one of the key drivers behind Alpha's commitment to operational excellence.
You'll help shape safety strategy, strengthen compliance, improve training, analyze trends, investigate incidents, and continuously raise the standard across every project.
