Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that every product meets customer specifications and the high-quality standards that define our reputation. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in delivering exceptional results.
As a Quality Inspector, you will help maintain product quality through inspection, testing, data analysis, and support of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections of products to customer drawings and blueprint specifications
- Utilize precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and optical measurement systems
- Analyze Statistical Process Control (SPC) data to monitor product quality and process performance
- Identify and document nonconforming products
- Package and prepare inspected parts for shipment
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality objectives
Qualifications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Schedule
Regular Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Training Schedule:
- Preferred: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Flexible based on candidate availability
Overtime opportunities are typically available on Fridays and occasionally on Saturdays, as production demands require.
