Lead Mover / Crew Lead
We are looking for an experienced, dependable Lead Mover to supervise moving crews while delivering exceptional customer service. This position leads residential and commercial moves, ensures jobs are completed safely and efficiently, and sets the standard for professionalism on every move.
Responsibilities
- Lead a crew of movers on residential and commercial moving jobs.
- Safely load, unload, wrap, pack, and transport customer belongings.
- Direct crew members and keep jobs running efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the move.
- Complete jobs on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
- Protect customer property, homes, and company equipment.Drive company moving trucks (if qualified).
- Report job issues or damages promptly.
- Train and mentor newer crew members.
Requirements
- Previous professional moving experience required (2+ years preferred).
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to lift 100+ lbs repeatedly with a team

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.Able to work long days, weekends, and overtime during busy seasons.
